GATEWAY BASE
The Gateway base is located below a mountain on Retaria III. Level 1 in the ground floor with each level after that below the surface. Upon arrival the conclave rebuilt the ancient city in order to facilitate a base of operations for their organization. The Federation has since rebuilt in order to accommodate their needs:

Cloaking System: |
The base also consists of an elaborate cloaking systems in order to reduce the possibility of detection through normal means in order to protect the location of the Gateway from outside sources. The planet is still detected but the base is not. |
