History:

At 5 years of age, her parents were presumed dead on Anterus Colony during an attack by the RA. Their bodies were never found. Hidden by her parent’s friends under their home, she survived. Scared, she scrambled under an overhang hitting a protruding nail cutting her shoulder open. She was treated within a few hours but the wound left a scar.

 Lucilla was subsequently raised by her paternal grandparents, Vice Admiral & Mrs. Benjamin Cose.

 During an aptitude test, an interest in medicine was revealed and she started her medical studies while in her early teens. Studying for the Starfleet entrance exam, she met David Moore. They discovered they had a lot in common and spent a great deal of time together. During their third year at Starfleet Academy, David asked her to marry him. She accepted and they planned on  a ceremony after graduation.

 The year Lucilla turned 21, she was graduated from the academy, married David, honeymooned on Risa and started SEALs training.  Assigned to the same team before their marriage, the roster was not revised and Lucilla Cose Moore watched as her husband fell to his death while rappelling down a sheer cliff. The rope became entangled around his neck, effectively hanging him. The following month was a blur of support and counseling arranged by her grandparents. Although not entirely recovered, she returned to duty and was stationed aboard the USS Forsaken.

 Lucilla did not complete SEALs training but did express an interest in doing so.
